The former Strictly stars shared the news of their engagement on social media.

Tyler West and Molly Rainford have announced their engagement after meeting on Strictly Come Dancing in 2022.

KISS DJ Tyler, 29 and the EastEnders star, 24, went social media official in March 2023, and now two years later they are set to tie the knot.

Announcing the happy news on social media, the couple said, ‘Found our forever,’ alongside romantic footage of their Mykonos holiday.

In the clip, Tyler can be seen getting down on one knee in front of a beautiful seaside sunset. Molly turned around, and said, ‘Noo!’ as she clasped her hand to her mouth at the scene.

‘I don’t know where to start,’ Tyler said, continuing: ‘I am hoping you would like to continue making me the luckiest man on earth like you do every single day. So baby, will you marry me?’

Nodding with a tear in her eye, Molly said yes and came down to his level before exclaiming: ‘Oh my God. This is not real.’

Tyler didn’t hold back celebrating with a fist pump and, ‘YES! Come on! That’s what I’m taking about!’ as the scene looked pretty blustery with wind whipping Molly’s hair around her face.

Many friends took to the comments section with their congratulations, including fellow Strictly star Ellie Taylor who said: ‘OH BABIES!!! Yessss!!!!! Beautiful!!!!!! Huge congratulations!!!!!’

Dancer Michelle Tsiakkas also said, ‘Ahhh congratulations you two!’ while Emmerdale actor Emma Barton commented: ‘OMG!! This is so beautiful… I’m crying!!!! Congratulations to you both.’

JLS star Marvin Humes said: ‘Wow..this is a lot 🥹 couldn’t be happier for two incredible people who are just perfect for eachother..I’m SO happy!!! Ah man this has made my night..congrats family..’

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock sent her congrats, while fellow DJ Fleur East wrote: ‘the most beautiful proposal 🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ congratulations to you both xxxxxxxx.’

Dianne Buswell, who was partnered with Tyler on Strictly, said: ‘congratulations you cuties.’

Despite meeting during the 2022 Strictly series, it wasn’t until the live tour that they started dating. It was reported that the pair had been flirting backstage during the series, despite Molly’s dance partner Carlos Gu banning her from dating.

Molly first hit our screens when she was just 11, appearing on the reality series Britain’s Got Talent in 2012.

Meanwhile, Tyler is best known for his DJing on KISS, but before this was an MTV News host.
